Years ago I came across “Thumper’s 70:20:10 rule for work”. The original website no longer exists and it’s not clear what the source was in any case. But as best I can tell, it’s a parody-variant on a ratio that’s often trotted out for corporate/business learning.

10% tactical (jumping out of the way of other people as they stress themselves out)
